Here is how shopping works, from choosing an item to receiving it.
All products ship free within Japan, with no minimum purchase.
1. Choose your product and options
Check the color, size, capacity and set contents. Where single items and sets share a page, prices and included accessories depend on the option selected.
For storage items, measure the installation space. For chargers and phone accessories, check device and case compatibility. If unsure, contact us before ordering.
2. Review your order and payment
Add your items to the cart and check the products, quantities, shipping address and email address. Choose your payment method at checkout. After payment, an order confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
3. Wait for dispatch and delivery
- Delivery: usually about 2–4 weeks from order and payment confirmation. This estimate includes sourcing, preparation, international transit, customs and domestic delivery, including weekends and holidays.
- Free shipping within Japan. Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Stock availability, holidays, customs or carrier delays may extend delivery beyond 4 weeks. Contact us before ordering if you need an item urgently.
Some products ship from overseas partner warehouses. Customs, weather and busy periods may cause delays, and multiple items may arrive separately. See shipping information for details.
4. Check your delivery
Check the contents, quantity and condition. For defects or incorrect items, email your order number and photos to hello@novenzia.com.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We may not be able to help once shipping preparation begins.
For a return, review our return conditions and contact us within 8 days of delivery. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
